I finally made the jump to HD and bought a new webcam. After a little research I settled on purchasing a Logitech C920. It set me back $80, but it was well worth it. No more 4:3 letter box, no more grainy artifacts, just pure high definition awesomeness. It’s much easier to setup and use, plus since it has a tripod mount, it pretty much replaces my old camcorder in every way, with the possible exception for mobile recording.
Of course I couldn’t unbox this thing without recording a test video, so I decided to record a small section of Komm Susser Todd from the End of Evangelion soundtrack. The main video has me playing the piano, but I also included a second video track of me playing the organ as well.
If you like the video, please like/subscribe, if you like the song, please buy one of the many albums or buy the anime.
I finally got around to buying Children of Bodom’s new album. I had listened to the preview track Transference and was considering doing a keyboard cover of that, but after hearing Scream for Silence I decided to do a cover for that first.
If you like the video, please like and subscribe. If you like the song, please check out the album on Amazon and buy it.
I added a page titled ‘Voice Acting’ to detail my voice acting endeavors. The page will contain my demo reels, resume, as well as details regarding my voice acting journey. It’s easily accessible by using top-most the navigation bar.
Based on requests from youtube users, I decided to make a midi file for my rendition of the SSBB version of Underworld that I posted last year. This file works great in a program called Synthesia which can allow you to easily learn this song. Here come the links.
